Betty Bauer-Crescenzi, Managing Broker/Owner/ President of Lake View Realty, Inc., has a distinguished career of leadership in Real Estate organizations, civic groups and Chambers of Commerce. She was the first woman president of the North Side Real Estate Board which merged with the Chicago Real Estate Board to form the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has served as a Vice-President of the North Center Chamber of Commerce and chair of their Beautification Committee. She served 3 years as a member of the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club and is co-chair of the scholarship committee which is a favorite endeavor. Lake View Realty donates a scholarship every year. Her husband Frank, also a Real Estate Broker, is a retired Executive Director of the Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, President of the Ravenswood Garden Club and in past years President of the Ravenswood Community Council. They have lived in St. Ben's for the over 25 years and they love it and are dedicated to community service. They are avid gardeners and have an award winning garden.

About Steve Kreher

Steve Kreher of Lake View Realty has served the community for the last 16 years and is your neighborhood specialist. He has received awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors for outstanding sales achievement. He has earned the designations: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI). He has also served as a member of the Ethics and Arbitration Panel of the Chicago Association of Realtors.

His Navy service included three years in Viet Nam. He was editor of his command newspaper. Residing in Lakeview for 21 years; he served as President of East Lakeview Neighbors and was on the Board of Lakeview Citizens Council. He is a resident of the St. Ben’s neighborhood.

Memberships include: American Legion Post #973, Tattler Post and is currenty House Commander.  He is on the board of  Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce and is Chairman of the Real Estate Committee. Steve is a member of the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce and is secretary of Ravenswood Kiwanis Club.  He is a member of the steering committee of the newly formed Roscoe Village Social Club (for neighbors of 40). He is on several committees of the newly formed Northcenter Neighborhood Association and is block captain for the block where he lives.
